2020 OSTST Complete Program

2020 Ocean Surface Topography Science Team Meeting (virtual)

Due to covid-19 restrictions, for the first time, the OSTST meeting held as virtual.
All splinters have been organized as forums (one per splinter) and active all week long (19-23 October 2020) so that participants have been able to interact regardless of their time zone.

In addition to usual splinters, this year marks the end of the previous science team and the beginning of a new one, we have so set-up a special splinter: “Salient results from the 2017-2020 OSTST PIs”. The list of PIs involved can be found at:

PIs have summarized their work during the past 4 years in few slides or pages.

The opening (Monday 19) and closing (Friday 23) sessions have been live and organized through Webex.

This year is also marked by the upcoming launch of Sentinel-6 Michael Freilich planned on November 21st:
